Because we are a licensed Home Inspector and licensed Mold Assessor we can perform both functions on the inspection. If Mold is a concern at the time of the inspection we can visually assess the area or we can conduct a ATP test which will give us results on the site. If further testing is needed we can send testing to our accredited lab.

We will do a thorough investigation involving building occupants, maintenance staff, and other building personnel in addition to moisture detection, thermography and air sampling.

Our priority is to protect your health & safety!
